Taco Stuffed Pizza Sticks
Serves 4
Taco Stuffed Pizza Sticks - made with 1 lb ground beef, 1 packet taco seasoning mix, 1 tube Pillsbury Pizza Dough, 5 sticks colby jack and cheddar cheese, halved (10 halves total), 4 tablespoons butter, melted, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and more.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 1 tube Pillsbury Pizza Dough
- 5 sticks colby jack and cheddar cheese, halved (10 halves total)
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain any excess fat. Add the taco seasoning to the beef, following the instructions on the seasoning packet. Stir to combine and set aside.
- Roll out the Pillsbury Pizza Dough on a lightly floured surface. Cut the dough into 10 equal rectangles.
- Spoon a small portion of the seasoned beef onto each rectangle. Place a halved cheese stick on top of the beef. Roll the dough around the filling, pinching the edges to seal.
- Place the roll-ups seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley together, then brush the mixture over the top of the dough.
- Bake for roughly 10–12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted. Serve warm with salsa, sour cream, or guacamole.
