Does it work on private or follower-only posts?
No. Only posts that are publicly viewable can be read. A post that requires a login cannot be opened.
Does it work on carousels?
Yes. Multi-image posts are read image by image along with the caption.
Do I need an Instagram account?
No, and you do not need a Recipe Extractor account to extract either.
Why did a Reel fail to extract?
Usually because the post is login-gated or has been taken down. Public Reels that are still live normally work on a retry.
