Chicken Pesto Naan Bread Pizza — made with 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed, lightly season in Italian seasoning and cook in a skillet if making from scratch, 9-12 tbsp pesto, about 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup, if buying store-bought, try finding one where garlic is one of the last ingredients for GERD-friendlin

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Once the oven is preheated, put the 6 naan breads on baking sheets and bake for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Take the baking sheets out and add your toppings. To each piece of naan bread, add about 1 ½ to 2 tbsp of pesto, 1/3 cup of chicken, and 1/4 cup of feta.
  4. Put the naan breads back into the oven and cook for about 5 minutes.
  5. Add 1 tbsp of Parmesan cheese to each pizza (optional).
  6. Place back into the oven until the naan bread gets crispy brown, but not overdone and burnt, about 2-3 more minutes.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
