Classic Red Kidney Beans and Rice- Goya Recipe — made with 2 Onions, chopped, 2 Bell peppers, chopped, 3 tsp Granulated Garlic, 4 Cans Goya Red Kidney Beans, 15.5 oz, undrained, 4 tbsp Canola Oil (Wesson), 1 can Tomato Sauce, 15.5 oz, and more.

  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onions, peppers and garlic; cook 10 mins.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 mins.
  6. Serve over hot brown/white rice. Can also be served with potatoes or quinoa.
