Cottage Cheese Tortillas

Cottage Cheese Tortillas — made with 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 cup almond flour.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup almond flour
Instructions
- Mix Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese and almond flour until well blended.
- Heat Pan: Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Cook Tortillas: Scoop about 1/4 cup of the mixture onto the skillet, spreading it into a round shape. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Repeat & Serve: Remove from the skillet and repeat with the remaining mixture. Serve warm with your favorite fillings.
