Creamy Street Corn Pasta Bowls — made with 3 servings Bowtie/Farfalle pasta, 1 tbsp Butter, 1 bag frozen fire roasted corn, 1/8 cup diced shallot, paprika, garlic powder, and more.
Ingredients
- 3 servings Bowtie/Farfalle pasta
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 bag frozen fire roasted corn
- 1/8 cup diced shallot
- paprika
- garlic powder
- 1/2 jar alfredo sauce
- shredded mexican cheese
- 6 chicken tenders
- cotija cheese
Instructions
- Prepare pasta as instructed on box
- Melt butter in pan
- Add shallot, frozen fire roasted corn, seasonings, and alfredo sauce until mixed
- Add in shredded cheese and mix until melted
- Divide cheese sauce between 3 dishes
- Heavily season chicken tenders
- Air fry chicken tenders at 400 F for 5 mins each
- Slice tenders and add 2 to each dish
- Top with cotija cheese and lime juice
