Creamy Street Corn Pasta Bowls — made with 3 servings Bowtie/Farfalle pasta, 1 tbsp Butter, 1 bag frozen fire roasted corn, 1/8 cup diced shallot, paprika, garlic powder, and more.

  1. Prepare pasta as instructed on box
  2. Melt butter in pan
  3. Add shallot, frozen fire roasted corn, seasonings, and alfredo sauce until mixed
  4. Add in shredded cheese and mix until melted
  5. Divide cheese sauce between 3 dishes
  6. Heavily season chicken tenders
  7. Air fry chicken tenders at 400 F for 5 mins each
  8. Slice tenders and add 2 to each dish
  9. Top with cotija cheese and lime juice
