Crockpot Ham and Potato Casserole

Crockpot Ham and Potato Casserole — made with 3 cups diced ham, 4 cups potatoes, peeled and diced, 1 small onion, diced, 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, (10.5 oz), 1/2 cup milk, and more.
Ingredients
- 3 cups diced ham
- 4 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, (10.5 oz)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Spray crockpot with nonstick spray. Layer potatoes, ham, and onion evenly in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk together cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Pour sauce evenly over the layered ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until potatoes are tender.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top during the last 20 minutes of cooking and cover until melted.
- Spoon into bowls and enjoy warm!
