Protein Pancake Bowl

Protein Pancake Bowl — made with 1 large egg, 50 gram 0% fat greek yogurt, 60 ml semi skimmed milk, sweetener, (optional, 4-5 drops of vanilla MyProtein flavdrops), 35 gram all purpose flour, 25 gram vanilla impact whey isolate protein powder, @myprotein, and more.

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  2. Add the wet ingredients to an oven safe bowl and whisk till smooth.
  3. Fold in the dry ingredients till almost combined.
  4. Carefully fold in the blueberries and place a few on top.
  5. Oven bake for approx. 30 mins (time may vary depending on your dish size, I used a 0.7l glass bowl) so adjust time as needed. TIP: you know it’s cooked when a toothpick or knife comes out mostly clean.
  6. Once cooked, if eating straight away, let it cool for 5 minutes, then drizzle with honey or maple syrup and enjoy.
