Slow Cooker Chicken Pot Pie

Slow Cooker Chicken Pot Pie — made with 2 large chicken breasts, salt, fresh black pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, and more.
Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts
- salt
- fresh black pepper
- garlic powder
- Italian seasoning
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 0.5 cup milk
- 0.5 cup chicken broth
- 0.5 chopped onion
- 1 entire bag frozen mixed vegetables
- 3 diced potatoes
- 2 stalks celery, optional, to taste
- 0.25 cup sour cream, to taste
- 1 tube Pillsbury Grands biscuits
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts at the bottom of a crock pot.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Pour cream of chicken soup over chicken.
- Mix milk with soup residue in the can and pour into the pot.
- Add chicken broth, chopped onion, frozen mixed vegetables, and diced potatoes.
- Add celery to one half if desired.
- Stir ingredients to mix evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours.
- Remove chicken and shred it.
- Return shredded chicken to the pot.
- Add sour cream and stir to make creamy.
- Serve hot over baked Pillsbury Grands biscuits.
