Slow Cooker Chicken Pot Pie — made with 2 large chicken breasts, salt, fresh black pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, and more.

  1. Place chicken breasts at the bottom of a crock pot.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Pour cream of chicken soup over chicken.
  4. Mix milk with soup residue in the can and pour into the pot.
  5. Add chicken broth, chopped onion, frozen mixed vegetables, and diced potatoes.
  6. Add celery to one half if desired.
  7. Stir ingredients to mix evenly.
  8. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours.
  9. Remove chicken and shred it.
  10. Return shredded chicken to the pot.
  11. Add sour cream and stir to make creamy.
  12. Serve hot over baked Pillsbury Grands biscuits.
