Sponge Cake — made with 320 gr Eggs, 150 gr Sugar, 70 gr Cornstarch, 80 gr Flour, 2 gr Salt, 1 n Vanilla.
Ingredients
- 320 gr Eggs
- 150 gr Sugar
- 70 gr Cornstarch
- 80 gr Flour
- 2 gr Salt
- 1 n Vanilla
Instructions
- Whisk the eggs and sugar together.
- Then, add the flour, cornstarch, salt, and vanilla.
- Mix until well combined.
- Cook the mixture in a preheated oven at 165°C for 30 minutes.
